BOLDD was created with a simple idea: identity.
Before a word is spoken, we are seen. Through the eyes, impressions are formed, presence is judged, and character is assumed. Style becomes a language — one that silently communicates who we are, what we stand for, and how we move through the world.

Our founder and co-designer, Bahadir Akkuyu, is a multidisciplinary self-taught creative whose journey began at the age of 13. With over a decade of experience across graphic and motion design, photography, music production, composition and fashion modeling, his path has always been driven by creation and expression. At the peak of a fast-rising public career, a series of difficult personal experiences led him to step away entirely from the spotlight. During this period of absence, he continued working in silence — reshaping his mindset, refining his craft, and immersing himself in philosophy, history, geopolitics, and spirituality. That time of introspection became a reset: a return to fundamentals, values, discipline, and vision. It clarified what truly matters, how to build with intention, and how to create something lasting. Those years away shaped the foundation and philosophy behind BOLDD.
